Inspired by the desire to dress up for a cocktail party or any notable occasion, this stunning cashmere wrap is eye-catching in the most elegant yet understated way, handwoven in a twill weave pattern, featuring silver lurex spun into it for subtle sparkle and shine. Exceptionally soft and silky, with remarkable natural luster, completed with tufted fringe.

Designed and handcrafted in our Main Street studio by our master weavers from the finest 100% Scottish cashmere. A one-of-a-kind piece, made with unmatched artisanal quality.

Crafted by hand from start to finish in our Main Street weaving studio.

Our masterful artisans begin by thoughtfully selecting colors and fibers inspired by our surrounding landscape, then determine a pattern and desired weave structure for their design.

Next they wind the fiber onto bobbins then wind the loom’s warp, a meticulously calculated process that sets the path of each and every thread used. These threads are manually connected to specific harnesses and securely hand-tied to “dress the loom”. Once this stage is complete, they can begin to weave.

Countless passes of the shuttle commence, rhythmic, muted sounds of wooden pedals fill the studio and a beautiful textile begins to emerge. The handwoven process continues until the piece reaches its full length, at which point it is cut from the loom. Tassels are hand-knotted onto the ends, and a small label is hand-sewn onto the textile as the weaver’s final touch.

Gorgeous Weaving light weight wrap

I love the wrap itself. The weaving is absolutely stunning. I love the tassels at the end of the wrap. Very delicate and elegant touch. It’s wrapped all the way around and hugs me.
The one negative that I would provide is that you advertise this wrap as bright white. However it is definitely cream colored. It is not white in any way, shape, or form. That is very disappointing as I spent almost $700 on this wrap. I’m going to keep it because it’ll be a beautiful addition to my fall and winter wardrobe. But I was looking for something for vacation in white, to go over a pure white dress that is sleeveless, and needed a cashmere wrap to keep the chill at bay. I wrote it but it wasn’t what I wanted for my look. For that reason, I only gave it 4 stars.

Beautiful shawl

Very gorgeous sky blue and white cashmere shawl. This hand loomed shawl cannot be matched by anything out there. I love how soft and beautiful it is. Highly recommend this shawl and company. Staff are awesome!
